Calliope Youth Workshop Registration Process 2024
Complete and submit the online REGISTRATION REQUEST FORM
You will then receive a Registration Request Form email receipt that will include links to both the Emergency Contact/Photo Release form, as well as our new online payment option, where you will have the choice to pay either the full workshop amount, or the $75 non-refundable deposit. Please print out and sign this email.
Please, check your Spam folder if you don’t receive the email right away, or contact the workshop coordinator at workshop@calliopeproductions.org
- Registration is not complete until we have received:
a. a copy of your signed Registration Request Form receipt,
b. the completed Emergency Contact/Photo release form,
c. your $75 non-refundable deposit - Please mail your paperwork (along with a deposit check if opting out of the online payment option) within two weeks to:

Boylston, MA 01505 - IMPORTANT: Submission of Registration Request form alone does not guarantee a spot in the desired workshop. Forms and deposit are due within 2 weeks of the online signup in order to confirm placement in workshop.
- ALL WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL PERFORMANCES IN A REGISTERED WORKSHOP
- Once a workshop is full, you will be placed on a waitlist. Your confirmation email will let you know whether your student has been put on the waitlist or has been put into the workshop pending your paperwork
- DO NOT CHOOSE THE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION IF YOU HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THE WAITLIST. Waitlisted students should send in paperwork with their deposit in the form of a check. The deposit checks of students not enrolled by the start of the workshop are returned to you at that time
- Workshop registration closes when the waitlist has been filled
- Tuition balance is due on the first day of the workshop
