Card to Culture Program
Calliope is proud to participate in the Mass Cultural Council Card to Culture program, the most comprehensive effort of its kind in the nation to open doors to arts and culture experiences for low-income families, in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector:
Half-Price Tickets to Calliope Productions performances throughout the year – subject to seating availability.
- Card to Culture program participants need to telephone Calliope (at 508 869 6887) no earlier than twenty-four hours before the show time to ensure tickets are still available for a particular performance.
- Upon arrival at the theatre, EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders must present their EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card at the Box Office.
- Note: No more than four tickets per family may be purchased for any single performance.
Half-Price Tuition for Calliope’s Youth Theatre Workshop Programs
- After receiving verification of Card to Culture eligibility along with a non-refundable registration fee, Calliope Productions will reduce the program tuition by 50% for up to two students per family for any Calliope Youth Theatre Workshop program.
- The maximum number of Card to Culture half-price tuition discounts available per year is twelve. (See our Youth Theatre Workshops page for more information.)
