Calliope 2024 Youth Workshop Registration Request

Fill in the Workshop registration Request form below and click on the "Save Request" button.
You will receive a Registration Request Form email receipt that will include links to both the Emergency Contact/Photo Release form, as well as our new online payment option, where you will have the choice to pay either the full workshop amount, or the $75 non-refundable deposit. Please print out and sign this email. Please, check your Spam folder if you don’t receive the email right away, or contact the workshop coordinator at workshop@calliopeproductions.org
Registration is not complete until we have received a copy of your signed Registration Request Form receipt, the completed Emergency Contact/Photo release form, and your $75 non-refundable deposit. Please mail these forms (along with a deposit check if opting out of the online payment option) within two weeks to:
