Greater Tuna
A Comedy by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, and Ed Howland
Originally produced in 1981, this side-splitting comedy is set in a radio station in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas, the "3rd smallest town in the state," and showcases over twenty different residents of the town in all their outrageous, eccentric and irreverent glory – all played by two men. One year after its premiere, Greater Tuna opened Off-Broadway, ran for over a year and went on to tour major theatres all over America and overseas for the next thirty-some years, becoming one of the most-often produced plays in American theatre history.
