A Musical Revue
Conceived and directed by Calliope's Co-Artistic Director, John Leslie, Love is in the Air is a special musical revue for Valentine's Day weekend to celebrate the opening of the new addition to Calliope's theatre building.
Musical numbers in the show feature both popular standards and novelty numbers, and include such songs as When I fall in Love, You’re Just in Love, I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm, Fools Rush In, and many other songs from Broadway shows and the Great American Songbook.
The cast of the Love is in the Air consists of performers who are both familiar and new to Calliope’s stage: Bill Condon, Tracy DeBlois, Kathy Grantman-Lillis, Ray Gaspari, Jane Grady, Chris Harris, James Haupt, Sally Holden, Ellen Lawlor, Sal Luco, and Dave Ludt.
