This celebration of the songs of American composer George Gershwin creates an original context from songs that previously had no relationship to each other to weave a narrative of characters, life, and love. An original revue conceived in 1998 by Calliope native John Leslie to commemorate the 100th anniversary of George Gershwin's birth.
