A Musical by Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick
Fiddler on the Roof is set in 1905 in the small village of Anatevka, Russia, and relates the efforts of Tevye, a dairyman, and his wife Golde, and his five daughters to cope with their harsh existence under Tsarist rule.
