This satire on American society was a Tony award-winning success. Set in 1958, rock and roll star Conrad Birdie is about to be drafted into the army, which causes his agent to promote "one last kiss" as a publicity stunt. The citizens of Sweetapple, Ohio, youth and adults alike, will never be the same. Favorite songs include "Telephone Hour," "One Boy," "One Last Kiss" and "A Lot Of Livin' To Do."
