Bye Bye Birdie

a Musical by Charles Strouse and Lee Adams

This satire on American society was a Tony award-winning success. Set in 1958, rock and roll star Conrad Birdie is about to be drafted into the army, which causes his agent to promote "one last kiss" as a publicity stunt. The citizens of Sweetapple, Ohio, youth and adults alike, will never be the same. Favorite songs include Telephone Hour, One Boy, One Last Kiss, and A Lot Of Livin' To Do.
