Calliope Productions is pleased to present the New England premiere of "Build Me a Bridge", a musical revue by British composer Charles Miller and American lyricist Kevin Hammonds.
Blending asongs from their musicals "No One In The World", "Mr. Christmas, "Hope", "When Midnight Strikes", and "Brenda Bly, Teen Detective", along with new material, Miller and Hammonds have created an entertaining and engaging revue that played to sold-out audiences in London in 2002 before its New York debut at "Don't Tell Mama" in 2003.
Flowing musical lines, playful refrains, and soaring melodies characterize the twenty-five songs in this contemporary revue which includes blues, ballads, and pop-style up-tempo numbers. Highlights in this exciting musical revue about the connections people make in life include the songs "Broadway", "Bad Reviews Blues", "He Wasn't You", and "You Know How to Love Me".
