Calliope Advertising and Sponsorship

This information applies to all advertisements that will be printed in programs for productions to be presented by Calliope Productions at its theatre at 150 Main Street in Boylston, MA, during its 2009 Regular Performance Season:

The Front Page - Comedy: March 12 ,13 ,14, 15; 20, 21, 22
Same Time Next Year - comedy: April 16, 17, 18, 19; 24, 25, 26
Oliver! - Musical: May 21, 22, 23, 24; 29, 30, 31
Bye Bye Birdie - Musical: July 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
Wait Until Dark - Thriller: October 15, 16 ,17, 18; 23, 24, 25
Nuncrackers - Musical: December 3, 4, 5, 6; 10, 11, 12, 13

The total attendance for all seven productions will be approximately 6,000 people.

Sponsorship: Individuals and corporations may elect to help underwrite the production costs of a particular show, and become Individual or Corporate Sponsors for a minimum donation of $1,000 for a non-musical, and $2,000 for a musical. Such sponsors will receive appropriate acknowledgment in all publicity notices and press releases.

Donations: In lieu of program advertising and program sponsorships, donations of any amount may be made to support Calliope. Donations may be designated to go into Calliope's Operating Fund or Building Fund. All donors will be acknowledged in Calliope's programs.

All Checks should be made payable to Calliope Productions, Inc.

Calliope Productions is a non-profit cultural institution, incorporated in Massachusetts, and registered as a Massachusetts Public Charity. Donations made to Calliope are tax-deductible.
